Yesterday, I was alone in a crowd hoping people would not notice me. Today, I am safe at Casa Treatment Center.  Here I have the support I need for mental, physical and emotional recovery. 

I’m studying the brain and behaviors to understand the effect drugs and alcohol have on my body and mind. I am learning to recognize cross addictions and developing ways to avoid it.

Here, I’m building a new support systems – people take me for who I am and see the person I want to be.
